WHATSAPP GOES FOR THE BIGGER CASH AND OPPORTUNITY BY ACCEPTING FACEBOOK'S DEAL AND REJECTING GOOGLE'S BUYOUT.

Whatsapp, recently accepted Facebook's $19 billion dollar for buyout, after rejecting Google's $ 10 billion dollar buyout.

Facebook, hijacked an opportunity to own one of the worlds biggest messaging App, Whatsapp, after a deal between Whatsapp and Google failed , as a result of the money Google offered, which is 10 billion dollar, before Facebook came in with an extra addition of $ 9 billion Dollar to make it 19 $ billion dollar , and a seat on its board of directors, to completely own and control the one of the world's most popular messaging App.

The Last chance of Google to own the App ended, when Google's CEO Larry Page, made his final agreement and limit of offer in a meeting past week, with the  WhatsApp CEO Jan Koun , show Google's interest once again, but, they both ended not agreeing , as the money for buyout, was perceived to be small, by the WhatsApp CEO.

Facebook presented a good deal and an irresistible offer of a seat as one of the members of the Facebook's board of directors, which no person can reject, Nice strategy and Thinking for Zuckerberg .

BLACKBERRY ANOUNCES BBM TO BE AVAILABLE ON LOWER ANDROID VERSIONS OPERATING SYSTEM LIKE 2.3 GINGERBREAD THIS MONTH.

The Canadian smartphone company BLACKBERRY has announced their plans to make  blackberry messenger, BBM available to lower android versions like the gingerbread this February,as they prepare also to take the BBM app far to even windows phones, but, was halted in windows app store, as much users had not demanded it.

Only Androids of versions 4.0 and above, now due to the high influx of android users tho get the software , has encouraged the Canadian popular smartphone brand to find way and make it also available for some people with lower android versions to enjoy.

The news was recently released to media, by the BlackBerry head of product and brand marketing chief, Jeff Gadaway, on the blackberry official blog, saying;

" We have got some exciting BBM news for Android Gingerbread users-you have been asking, and we have heard you loud and clear. we are now pleased to announce that BBM will soon be available on Android Devices, running on Gingerbread (v2.3.3+) " 

According to the company, the app, has been on Beta version, still undergoing its testing stage, before it will be officially made available to the Gingerbread android operating system users , as it will roll out soon this month.
