WHATSAPP GOES FOR THE BIGGER CASH AND OPPORTUNITY BY ACCEPTING FACEBOOK'S DEAL AND REJECTING GOOGLE'S BUYOUT.

Whatsapp, recently accepted Facebook's $19 billion dollar for buyout, after rejecting Google's $ 10 billion dollar buyout.

Facebook, hijacked an opportunity to own one of the worlds biggest messaging App, Whatsapp, after a deal between Whatsapp and Google failed , as a result of the money Google offered, which is 10 billion dollar, before Facebook came in with an extra addition of $ 9 billion Dollar to make it 19 $ billion dollar , and a seat on its board of directors, to completely own and control the one of the world's most popular messaging App.

The Last chance of Google to own the App ended, when Google's CEO Larry Page, made his final agreement and limit of offer in a meeting past week, with the  WhatsApp CEO Jan Koun , show Google's interest once again, but, they both ended not agreeing , as the money for buyout, was perceived to be small, by the WhatsApp CEO.
